Leaving the EU with a deal remains the Government’s top priority, however the government has accelerated no deal exit preparations.

The Government has published the new UKCA Mark which will be introduced should the UK exit the EU without a transition deal.

Before last week the UK Government was fairly bullish that a withdrawal agreement could be achieved, however it then became apparent that there was still some work to do before agreement with the European Parliament could be reached.  There is then the issue of whether the UK Parliament will approve the agreement.
