Inspections - Q3Web

With the web-based system Q3web, you as a Kiwa customer get a simple overview of the inspections we carry out at your site. You also get statistics and history, which you can export to your own maintenance or facility systems.

Q3web is divided into an inspection part and a welding part, where you can administer most things related to inspections and welding certificates. You can also use Q3web for digital distribution of certificates and reports.

• Q3web is efficient and transparent
• It stores information about the date and result of the last inspection, and also shows when the next inspection is scheduled
• You get access to the same information about your facilities that Kiwa has
• You have the option of getting more detailed information about the status of your objects which requires inspection
• Inspectors can attach pictures and reports on damages that you as a customer can see directly on Q3web
• You will be notified when new information is available on your facility
• You can update information about objects and facilities directly on Q3web
• You can report in Q3web when deficiencies have been corrected and, if necessary, order a new inspection.

Kiwa Mobile Connect

With Kiwa Mobile Connect, you can view the inspection status of your equipment on your phone. Scan the QR code found on the inspection signs of cranes, mobile work platforms, construction machines and other equipment or enter the registration number in the app.
In Q3web, you can also decide what is displayed in the app about your equipment, such as inspection status or protocols.
