Kiwa Impact is a comprehensive SaaS solution for managing and developing safety, environmental, and quality operations. Impact consist of three modules (Mobile reporting, Chemical registry and Training registry) that can be customized to meet the specific needs of an organization.
With mobile reporting, you can for example report observations, deviations and accidents, conduct risk assessments, audits, checklists, MVR and TR measurements, as well as safety walks. You can choose suitable tools from ready-made templates or create something entirely new. Employees can report their observations using QR codes without the need for passwords. You can also create separate processing and investigation processes for different templates. Impact also includes analytics ad open REST API interface so tat you can follow up and develop your operations.
Chemical Registry helps you manage and improve your chemical safety. You can have electronic Chemical Safety Data Sheets available at all times, manage the usage and storage of chemicals by site, and you can also perform chemical-specific risk assessment. Additionally, the solution automatically maintains a chemical inventory list based on the accrued information. You can also utilize QR codes to have up-to-date public lists of used chemicals and their safety instructions accessible to employees and subsuppliers.
The training registry enables easy and cost-effective management of company orientations, trainings and qualifications. Information remains up to date, and it is easy to track the validity of qualifications. You can also input your own e-learnings to Impact so that your employees or subsuppliers can carry them our.
