Kiwa Comply™

With Kiwa Comply, you can build and maintain a functional, effective and efficient management system based on ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001standard. The standards are divided into clear sections in Comply, which guide the construction of the management system.

Under these areas, over 100 separate requirements of the standard have been grouped, allowing you to quickly grasp the construction process itself. In addition to the standard text, the requirements are also explained in plain language, enabling you to understand what each requirement means in practice.

The goal of Comply is to help you:

• Understand the requirements of the standard.
• Identify existing descriptions and practices within your company.
• Update or create missing documentation and operational models.
• You don't need to input documents into Comply, instead you can utilize links to your already existing documents and utilize your document management systems.

With Comply, you can easily track the progress of building the management system. Furthermore, the system provides ready-made templates and tools to support practical actions. You will also have annual planner available so that you can monitor needed actions on monthly level.

Currently, Comply supports the ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system. In 2024, the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System will be published around summer. In the fall 2024 Comply will cover also ISO 50001 energy efficiency management system.
